Moulds and models for composite materials
Composite materials are composed of two or more components. Typically, these are materials such as glass fibre, carbon, Kevlar, nylon, impregnated in a thermoplastic or epoxy resin.
Composite materials are used in various industries, where high rigidity, combined with lightness and flexibility, is needed, including the in aerospace and automotive sectors, but also in robotics and in boat building.
We produce moulds directly and also create models from which to generate the mould, using appropriately assembled polyurethane and epoxy boards, or solid aluminium, with multi-axis numerical control processing.
In collaboration with our customers, we can also design the mould and provide a turnkey service.
